The graham cracker balls/bits provide a nice added crunch to the bar, this is a pleasant change from the far too common puffed/crisped rice. The graham cracker bits also provide that distinct flavor of a s'mores. And the amazing thing is the fact that they have 30 grams of protein (Amazon has them listed as 29, but they have 30), 280 calories, and 15 essential vitamins and minerals (about 20% of your daily value).
