I say these are perfect for some and awful for others to alert both those who might find this wonderful, and those who might do better looking elsewhere. I started eating these because my university gym offered them and i didn't have anything else to eat for the whole day, I was also on a low carb diet and although these bars are not low carb in a strict sense, they are compatible with most low carbers because whether you count sugar alcohols they use as carbs or not, you are not likely to exceed your carb quota if you add these to your daily diet.I tend to choose my diet food based on nutritional density and whether they actually feel like i got something in my stomach. I drink a protein shake in the morning that is the bomb, but that doesn't give me the same feeling of fullness of a solid bar, ergo the... Will try cold or frozen to see if better. Paid around $2 per bar w/postage, etc. Not worth it, the Zone strawberry bars are delicious but lower in protein. Will stick with the double chocolate protein for my chocolate fix.
