I look for three things in a protein shake: high protein content, good taste, and low calories. It seemed like getting one always led to losing another. But these shakes have it all. 35 grams of protein, great taste, and low calories. Perfection.If there's any weakness, it's that you don't quite get a full complement of vitamins and nutrients. But this is easy to supplement. Other protein shakes are packed with calories. This is light, you don't get full on it, you just get protein. It's lean and mean - I like that. 3. Stomach reaction. I usually have a bad reaction to protein shakes and powders - my stomach is pretty weak. I'd say 80% of drinks/powders don't sit well with my stomach. This one has been great. 4.
